1. Power industry: High voltage equipment oil core purification scenario

The power industry is the most important application area for vacuum oil filters, serving as the insulation oil and lubrication guarantee for various high-voltage electrical equipment.

Oil treatment for transformers and reactors: Insulation oil needs to be injected into new transformers before leaving the factory. Vacuum oil filters can deeply dehydrate (reduce to below 5ppm), degas (remove air, hydrogen, etc.), and remove impurities (filter accuracy can reach 1-5 μ m) from new oil to avoid moisture in the oil causing a decrease in insulation strength and partial discharge caused by gas; The transformer oil in operation may mix with moisture and impurities due to long-term high temperature and oxidation. Regular purification with an oil filter can restore key indicators such as oil dielectric loss and breakdown voltage, and extend the insulation life of the equipment.

Oil treatment for transformers and switchgear: The insulation oil for transformers and high-voltage circuit breakers requires extremely high purity. Oil filters can be used for oil replacement and purification after equipment maintenance, or for online/offline treatment of oil during operation, to prevent moisture and particles from causing insulation failure or reduced arc extinguishing ability of the equipment.

Cable oil and capacitor oil treatment: The impregnating oil for cross-linked cables and power capacitors must strictly control the moisture and gas content. The oil filter can purify the oil before injection to avoid problems such as aging of the cable insulation layer and local overheating of the capacitor.

In the mechanical field that relies on hydraulic and lubrication systems for operation, vacuum oil filters are key equipment for maintaining oil performance and reducing equipment losses.

Hydraulic oil purification: The hydraulic systems of excavators, loaders, injection molding machines, and other equipment are sensitive to the cleanliness of the oil. Mixing water into the oil can cause rusting of hydraulic components and rupture of the oil film. Mixing air can easily cause "cavitation" and system vibration. The vacuum oil filter can process hydraulic oil online or offline, removing moisture (down to 10ppm) and solid impurities (with a filtration accuracy of up to 3 μ m), restoring oil viscosity and lubricity, and reducing wear on hydraulic pumps and cylinders.

Lubricating oil and gear oil treatment: Machine tool spindle lubricating oil and reducer gear oil will produce particle impurities due to metal wear during long-term use, and are prone to absorbing moisture from the air. The oil filter can regularly filter impurities and dehydrate, avoiding equipment jamming and bearing damage caused by oil degradation, and extending the oil replacement cycle (usually by more than 50%).

Filtering before new oil injection: Some new oil may be mixed with moisture or pollutants during storage and transportation. Pre treatment with an oil filter before injection into the equipment can avoid early failures caused by "new oil pollution".

3. Mining and Metallurgy Field: Heavy Machinery Oil Enhancement Scene

The mining and metallurgical industries have high mechanical loads, harsh working conditions, and fast oil pollution rates. The application of vacuum oil filters focuses on the demand for "anti pollution and strong purification".

Heavy equipment oil treatment: Gearbox oil and bearing oil from mining crushers and metallurgical rolling mills are prone to mixing with dust, metal debris, and cooling water. Vacuum oil filters can efficiently remove these impurities (with a filtration accuracy of up to 1 μ m) and moisture, preventing serious faults such as gear bite damage and bearing erosion caused by lubrication failure.

Compressor oil and hydraulic system oil purification: Compressor oil and hydraulic oil for large metallurgical air compressors and mining hydraulic supports are prone to dissolve moisture and produce sludge due to high working pressure and high environmental humidity. The oil filter can purify in real time or regularly, maintain the oil's emulsion resistance and antioxidant properties, and ensure the continuous operation of the equipment (reducing downtime caused by oil problems).

4. Energy and power equipment field: precision oil guarantee scenario

The oil of power equipment such as steam turbines and large generator sets directly affects the stability of unit operation, and vacuum oil filters undertake the task of "high-precision purification".

Steam turbine oil treatment: The lubrication system and speed control system of the steam turbine rely on steam turbine oil to transmit power and lubricate components. Moisture in the oil can cause the speed control valve to jam, and gas can easily cause oil film oscillation. The vacuum oil filter can deeply dehydrate and degas the turbine oil (moisture content ≤ 3ppm, gas content ≤ 0.1%), and filter metal particles generated by bearing wear to ensure that the unit does not experience lubrication failure or speed control failure during high-speed operation.

Generator bearing oil purification: The sliding bearing oil of large generators needs to maintain extremely low impurity content. The oil filter can filter particles in the oil online while removing air to prevent abnormal temperature rise of the bearings.

5. Oil storage and transportation process: pre purification scenario

During the storage and transportation of oil, the vacuum oil filter can serve as a "quality control device" to prevent contamination from spreading.

Maintenance of oil storage tanks: Insulation oil and lubricating oil stored in large oil storage tanks for a long time are prone to absorbing moisture from the air, especially in humid environments where the moisture content of the oil gradually increases. Regularly using an oil filter to circulate and purify the oil in the oil tank can maintain the quality of the oil and prevent it from being scrapped due to improper storage.

Oil filtration after transportation: Oil may be mixed with pipeline rust particles and external impurities during transportation by tank trucks. After reaching the destination, it is filtered by an oil filter and then injected into equipment or storage tanks to cut off the "transportation pollution" chain.

6. Waste oil regeneration treatment field: pre-treatment core equipment

In the waste oil recycling industry chain, the vacuum oil filter is a key pre-treatment equipment.

Dehydration and impurity removal pretreatment of waste oil: Before regeneration, a large amount of water, mechanical impurities, and some light gases need to be removed from waste transformer oil, waste liquid pressure oil, etc. The vacuum oil filter can quickly complete this step, reducing the difficulty of subsequent deep regeneration processes such as distillation and refining, and improving the final quality of regenerated oil.
