1、 Precautions during the preparation stage before the experiment
Personnel qualifications and division of labor
The personnel participating in the experiment must have the qualification of high-voltage electrician operation and have undergone special experimental training; The responsibilities of the commander, operator, and guardian must be clearly defined in the experiment. It is strictly prohibited to operate alone, and the guardian must not leave their post or take on other responsibilities throughout the entire process.
Experimental plan and disclosure
A detailed experimental plan must be prepared in advance, specifying the experimental items, voltage levels, wiring methods, safety distances, emergency measures, etc; Before the experiment, all participants need to be given technical and safety briefings to ensure that each person is familiar with the process and risk points.
Equipment and tool inspection
Check the insulation performance and calibration status of experimental instruments (such as high-voltage test transformers, voltage testers, megohmmeters, etc.) to ensure that the instruments are within their validity period and functioning properly; Check the integrity of protective equipment such as grounding wires, insulated gloves, insulated boots, and voltage testers. It is strictly prohibited to use damaged or ineffective protective equipment.
On site environment and isolation arrangement
The experimental site needs to be cleaned of unrelated debris to ensure that there are no flammable, explosive, conductive, or corrosive materials; Set up clear high-voltage danger warning signs, isolate the experimental area with fences or warning lines, and strictly prohibit non experimental personnel from entering; Confirm that the grounding system in the experimental area is reliable and the grounding resistance meets the requirements of the regulations.
Sample pretreatment
Perform power-off, electrical testing, and grounding discharge operations on the tested equipment (such as transformers, circuit breakers, cables, etc.) to ensure that there is no residual charge on the equipment; Remove the connection lines between the test sample and other operating equipment to avoid the experimental voltage affecting other equipment.
2、 Precautions during the operation phase of the experimental process
Strictly follow the operating procedures
Wiring work must be carried out in a power-off, discharging, and grounding state. After the wiring is completed, it must be verified by a guardian before personnel can be notified to evacuate to a safe area; The boosting operation should be slow and uniform, following the principle of "graded boosting and graded stopping", monitoring instrument data in real time, and stopping boosting immediately if any abnormalities are found.
Personnel positioning and behavior norms
Experimental personnel need to stand on insulation pads to operate, and maintain a sufficient safe distance between their bodies and high-voltage charged objects (the higher the voltage level, the greater the safe distance); It is strictly prohibited to cross the warning line, touch experimental equipment or test subjects during the experiment, and it is forbidden to replace wiring or adjust instrument parameters in high-voltage areas.
Handling of abnormal situations
If there are abnormal phenomena such as sudden changes in instrument pointer, abnormal equipment noise, smoking, and flashover during the experiment, the operator must immediately reduce the voltage, cut off the power, and discharge. It is strictly prohibited to continue the experiment with faults; After the cause of the malfunction is identified and resolved, the experimental conditions need to be re evaluated and the experiment can only be restarted with the consent of the commander.
Real time data recording
Assign a dedicated person to record experimental data, including applied voltage, current, experimental time, environmental temperature and humidity, etc. The data must be true and accurate; If the experimental data exceeds the standard range, the experiment must be suspended and the reasons analyzed. It is not allowed to modify the data or conceal abnormal situations without authorization.
3、 Precautions for the final stage after the experiment
Safe discharge and power outage
After the experiment is completed, the experimental voltage should be slowly reduced to zero before disconnecting the power switch; Perform multiple grounding discharges on the test subjects and experimental instruments to ensure no residual charges. The discharge process must be operated with an insulating rod, and it is strictly prohibited to touch the discharge area with bare hands.
Equipment and site reset
Dismantle the experimental wiring and restore the original wiring state of the test sample; Arrange the experimental instruments and tools back in place and check if they are in good condition; Remove warning lines and signs, and clean up debris and waste from the experimental site.
Data organization and reporting
Timely organize experimental data and prepare experimental reports, which should include experimental items, equipment parameters, experimental data, conclusions, and explanations of abnormal situations; The experimental report needs to be reviewed and signed by relevant personnel before being archived as the basis for equipment status assessment.
Subsequent security checks
Recheck the grounding system in the experimental area and the appearance of the test sample to confirm that there are no remaining safety hazards; If the test sample needs to be put into operation, it is necessary to conduct a pre power transmission inspection according to the regulations to ensure that the equipment is in normal condition.
