The electrical preventive testing of substations is not just about passing the test at a glance, but more importantly, establishing equipment health records that can last for years or even decades. The corrosion and fracture of grounding down conductors is a slow occurring physical process, and without coherent historical data comparison, it is difficult to warn in advance of the worsening hidden underground hazards. The data management system of HZ-3510 provides a complete digital archiving loop for on-site maintenance.
1000 sets of non-volatile power-off storage on board
In the main control board of the instrument, a large capacity EEPROM industrial grade storage chip is integrated:
Support continuous storage of 1000 complete test records (including test serial numbers, selected current levels, measured resistance values accurate to 4 significant digits, etc.);
Equipped with strict "no loss in case of power failure" protection features, even if the instrument suddenly runs out of battery and shuts down during testing, the measured data will still be stored intact in the memory;
In the 'Data Management' interface, you can browse through hundreds of historical data intervals across the entire site at any time by pressing the 'Previous Group' and 'Next Group' buttons.
Instant thermal paper printing - first-hand proof of on-site acceptance
Many new power grid projects require on-site signature confirmation from the construction party and supervising engineer during grounding handover acceptance. The HZ-3510 panel comes with a low-power micro thermal printer: simply tap "Data Printing" on the data testing or query interface, and the device will dispense a paper receipt containing the testing time, set current, and precise resistance value within a few seconds. It will be posted on the test handover form on site, which is authentic, authoritative, and cannot be denied.
USB flash drive plug and export and standardized electronic ledger
For daily maintenance work that requires unified input into the power PMS (production management system), the instrument panel reserves a standard USB interface: plug in a regular FAT32 format USB flash drive, click [USB storage], and all test sets will be instantly converted into universal data files. Upon returning to the office, simply open an Excel spreadsheet to quickly generate a distribution map of the total station's down conductor resistance values and a comparison table of cross year degradation trends, making grounding management truly traceable.
