Its main business is the production, manufacture and sales of electrical equipment and testing instruments.
I. Safety Warnings
◆ The instrument's safety performance complies with IEC61010-1 standards.
◆ Please read this manual thoroughly before use and follow the safety regulations and specifications during testing.
◆ During insulation resistance testing, the instrument's test clips will carry up to 5kV of dangerous voltage. Operators should not touch the tested circuits to avoid electric shock.
◆Before wiring for insulation resistance testing, it’s mandatory to inspect and ensure the tested item is in a powered-off state.
◆ Before tests, check whether the test wires' withstanding voltage value matches the instrument's maximum output voltage to ensure operators’ safety and test accuracy.
◆After starting insulation resistance testing, do not disconnect the test wires from the tested item until measurement is completed; otherwise, the tested item won’t discharge properly, posing an electric shock risk.
◆ Do not conduct tests in flammable environments as sparks generated during testing may cause explosions.
◆Testing in humid environments may be hazardous; it is recommended to avoid testing in such conditions.
◆ If the test wires or the instrument’s output ports are found to have contaminants or carbides that impair insulation properties, do not conduct tests.
◆ Immediately stop using the instrument if it appears abnormal or damaged.
◆ This instrument is a specialized device with certain dangers; do not disassemble or repair it privately.
◆ The instrument's battery pack parameters are matched with its performance parameters; Users shall use battery packs with the same parameters for replacement to avoid instrument malfunction.
◆ The instrument's built-in battery pack is a lithium-ion battery with dedicated charging circuits. If the instrument is not used for a long time, charge it once every 3 months to maintain battery performance.
◆ Do not conduct insulation resistance testing while charging the battery.
II. Features
2.1 Industrial-grade 5-inch color LCD screen is adopted with a resolution of 800×480.
2.2 Six fixed voltage measurement ranges:100V, 250V, 500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V. Customized voltage mode from 50V to 5000V is continuously adjustable with a step voltage of 10V.
2.3 Maximum output short-circuit current is 6mA, adjustable in 1mA, 2mA, 3mA, 4mA, 5mA and 6mA.
2.4 Maximum continuous output power is 27W.
2.5 It’s equipped with independent discharge circuit. The tested items can discharge fast after testing.
2.6 It features tested item breakdown protection function and arcing mode; It can continuously operate in breakdown arcing mode to locate weak insulation positions.
2.7 It boasts insulation resistance (IR), dielectric absorption ratio (DAR), polarization index (PI), and step voltage (SV) testing functions.
2.8 It supports two DAR calculation modes: R60s/R30s and R60s/R15s.
2.9 Featuring DC and AC voltmeter functions, it can automatically identify DC and AC voltage signals and measure AC voltage signal frequency.
2.10 It has hardware filters and configurable software filters, which can significantly improve its anti-interference performance.
2.11 Test time under each testing mode is independently stored and won’t affect each other to help use next time.
2.12 Auto-shutdown functions when idle or in low battery. The auto-shutdown time is configurable.
2.13 Bluetooth communication function.
2.14 Standard large-capacity lithium battery with a built-in fast charger; the instrument panel and LCD screen can indicate
current charging status; With replaceable battery box, users can
replace battery packs by themselves.
