I. Product Overview

This instrument is designed for the problems existing in the field measurement of high voltage shunt capacitor bank in substation, and specially developed with reference to national standards such as GB3983.2-1989 high voltage shunt capacitors, DL / T840-2003 Technical Conditions for using of high voltage parallel capacitors and JB5346-1998 series Reactor, mainly for measuring the high voltage shunt capacitor bank and reactor of reactive power compensation device.

This instrument uses a high-speed microprocessor to synchronously collect the voltage signal and current signal of the test product, and automatically calculate the capacitor value and inductance value equivalent. There is no need to remove the connection line, which simplifies the test process and effectively improves the work efficiency. After the test, the capacitor capacity of each phase and other parameters are automatically calculated, which is easy to identify the quality change of the capacitor and the failure of the connecting conductor between the devices.

lThis instrument can measure the single capacitor of the group of parallel capacitors without dismantling the wire, and it can also measure the inductance of various reactors, which meets the requirements of various field uses。

lWhen measuring, the instrument displays the measured capacitance value or inductance value, and can also display the measured voltage, current, frequency, impedance, phase Angle and other data;

lThe instrument uses the output of different frequency power supply for testing, which greatly improves the anti-interference ability of the field, and can be tested in the high strength magnetic field, but the accuracy is not affected。

lThe instrument adopts 7.0-inch 1024600 HD screen, touch operation, can be clearly observed during the day and night, free switch between Chinese and English, easy to operate.

lBuilt large capacity non-volatile memory: can store 500 sets of measurement data。

lThe instrument is equipped with U disk interface to store any set of measurement data (limited to U disk capacity) 。

lThe instrument has a built-in high-precision real-time clock function for date and time calibration。  

lThe instrument has its own printer and can print the measurement data。

lThe instrument can use an Android phone or tablet, follow the wechat official account, download a special APP, control the whole process through special software, test data storage and upload, convenient access。
