I.Summary
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T 0620-2000 Dynamic Viscosity Test of Asphalt (Vacuum Pressure Reducing Capillary Method) in JTG E20-2011 Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture of Highway Engineering of the People's Republic of China, and SH/T 0557 Viscosity Determination Method of Petroleum Asphalt (Vacuum Capillary Method) in the petrochemical industry standard of the People's Republic of China The upgraded asphalt dynamic viscosity test instrument.
This instrument is applicable to measuring the dynamic viscosity of viscous petroleum asphalt with vacuum reduced pressure capillary viscometer. Unless otherwise noted, the test temperature is 60 ℃ and the vacuum degree is 40kPa.
This instrument is also applicable to the vacuum capillary method. The test temperature is 60 ℃, the vacuum degree is 40kPa, and the viscosity is 0.0036Pa. s~20.000Pa. s for the dynamic viscosity of other substances.

III. Main Structure And Features
(I) Main features
1. The instrument has a built-in industrial computer as the main control unit of the system, which responds to the user's operation through the touch screen. The integrated design of the instrument has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, powerful function and friendly man-machine interface.
2. The vacuum system of the instrument is controlled by the electrical signal transmitted by the high-precision electronic pressure sensor, which can keep the working vacuum within the range of 40kPa±0.066kPa, clearly visual digital display with high precision.
3. The bath tub built-in liquid level protection system, intelligent control of the bath water level, to prevent dry burning accident of the heating pipe.
4. According to the standard, the system will automatically discard the timing results less than 60s and move to the next period of measurement. For the timing results over 60s, the system will automatically calculate the viscosity value.
5. The system can generate a test report for all test results. The test report is stored in the instrument in the form of an independent file for further transmission or printing.
6. For the generated test report, according to the user's choice, it can automatically calculate the mean value and error percentage of the results of 2 to 4 parallel tests, and generate the parallel sample test report. This calculation is allowed to be performed for many times, making it easy for the user to remove unsatisfactory results.
